Now, before we move on I need to tell you something else.
We're not going to go through the motions of inserting Strategy A, then B, then C and so on. You're not going to get shoved into some 'premade' template of business strategies because your problem areas are unique to you. That's why we spend time figuring out exactly where you need help first.
It's just like taking your car to the mechanic. He doesn't just launch into a process of unscrewing bolts and putting in new parts. He tries to get to the bottom of the problem, first. He asks you questions like:

» What happened?
» What were you doing before it happened?
» Has this happened before?
And then he sets out on solving the problem.
We do the same. We go 'under the hood' together in your business and spend time diagnosing the problems. Once we've pinpointed the culprits, we eliminate them.
Unfortunately, some business owners I've met expect me wave my magic wand and then tada! Business fixed – All after one 30 minute meeting. And, on top of that when I ask them "Well, what do you want from your business?" they honestly can't give me an answer.
